This is like a banana pie without a traditional crust. Sofi loves it. She’s asked for it for her birthday cake. I’ve made it more healthy lately by using gluten free cookies for the crust, and substituting the whipping cream with coconut whipped cream.

 1 Can condensed milk
 ¼ cup Cold water
 1 Pkg instant vanilla pudding
 500 ml Whipping cream
 3 Bananas
 1 Box vanilla wafers

Combine condensed milk and water. Add pudding and beat well. Chill 5 minutes

Whip cream and fold into pudding. Put a thin layer (about 1/3) on the bottom of a 9x12 pan.

Top with wafers, bananas and the rest of the pudding/cream mixture.
