 5 ½ cups Flour
 1 tsp Baking soda
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 1 cup Butter, softened
 ½ cup Packed light brown sugar
 1 cup Sugar
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Vanilla
 5 ½ cups Rolled oats
 1 cup Chocolate chips

Mix flour, baking soda and cinnamon

Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar until light, then beat in egg and vanilla

Beat in flour mixture until blended. Fold in oats and chocolate chips. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for one hour.

Preheat oven to 350º and grease two baking sheets

Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2” apart on baking sheets, and flatten slightly.

Bake cookies until lightly browned around edges, 10-12 minutes.
