 3 cups fresh milk
 2 tbsp butter
 1 tbsp honey
 3 tbsp baking powder
 10 ½ cups flour
  tsp baking soda
 3 eggs

Boil milk and let cool.

In a large bowl, add flour and salt. Stir in two cups of milk.

In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add melted butter, honey and remaining milk. Stir in soda. Pour into flour mixture a little at a time. Mix in baking powder.

Pour about 1/4 cup on greased hot griddle. Cook only one side one side until bubbles are dry.

Serve with melted butter, whipped cream and strawberries.
