 ¾ cup Cornmeal
 1 ¼ cups Milk
 1 Egg (slightly beaten)
 ¼ cup Butter (melted)
 1 cup Flour
 3 tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Salt
  cup Sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease 12 muffin cups.

Mix cornmeal and milk together, set aside for 5 min.

Stir egg and melted butter into cornmeal mixture.

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.

Add liquid to dry ingredients. Stir only until combined.

Pour in muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
