This is very simple and tomato-y, just how I like things 🙂 If you make this, please take a picture and add it as the feature image. This is actually a picture of pico de gallo but it looks similar.

 jalapeno peppers, chopped (I use about three little slices from the jar kind)
 ½ cup red onion, chopped small
 ½ lemon (juice only)
 ¼ tsp white pepper
 tomatoes, chopped
 salt to taste
Optional
 feta cheese

Cut up and blend everything together. I like to salt the tomatoes after chopping
them to bring out the flavour.
