1 pkg lemon jello
1 can shrimp or crab
1 can chicken gumbo soup
2 tbsp grated celery
1 tbsp grated onion
¾ cup sliced & sauteed mushrooms
½ cup miracle whip
½ pt whipped cream

Mix lemon jello with 1/2 cup boiling water. Let set to white of egg consistency. Whip, then add other ingredients. Mix well together and put in fridge. When cold, fold in whipped cream.

Mold in 9 x 9 pan or fish mold and refrigerate.
