A perennial favourite! Use to baste meat, marinate chicken before cooking it, pour over sausages for baking, or on top of a meatloaf. Yummy!

Yields1 Serving
 ½ cup Ketchup
 ½ cup Water
 ¼ cup Vinegar
 2 tbsp Chopped onion (I usually use more)
 1 tbsp Chopped green pepper
 Tabasco sauce
 2 tsp Sugar
 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Celery seed
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 Garlic clove, minced
 2 tsp Paprika

Combine all ingredients, heat to boiling and simmer 15 minutes.
