I think this recipe came from our friend Paula, who trains Olympic athletes. Maca is a superfood - a great energy boost with increased strength, energy, endurance, supports adrenal function and helps ward off belly fat. Along with pumpkin seeds - nutritional powerhouses, magnesium for energy & digestion, zinc for immune boosting, Omega 3s (good fats), antioxidants & fiber, these little sweets are pretty useful!
