Jill found this recipe - it is very fresh and delightful.
2 melons
4 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 orange
8 oz shrimp
slivered almonds
Dressing
½ lemon (juice)
fresh mint
4 tbsp oil
3 tbsp cream
sugar, salt, pepper to taste

Cut melons in half (or make melon balls). Cube veggies and place in melon
bowls. Add shrimp, almonds and dressing. Chill and serve.
