My friend Kirsten brought this to a party once. It's a savoury cake, flavourful from the ham and stick-to-the-ribs good. She's french, so she would know. 😉
5 ½ cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
6 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup oil or butter
½ pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. ham
Optional
bacon
broccoli
spinach

Mix ingredients like a cake, then pour in pan.

Let rise 1/2 hour before cooking. Bake at 325-400º for almost an hour.
