From Sofi's grade 3 class favorites cookbook. Emily-Ann said "I chose this recipe because it is a different dessert that no one would think of".

Yields1 Serving
 1 cup butter
 1 cup water
 1 cup flour
 4 eggs
 2 pkg butterscotch instant pudding
 3 cups milk
 1 cream cheese, softened
 whipped cream
 2 skor bars
 butterscotch sauce

In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boill. Remove from heat. With an electric mixer, mix in the flour until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time and beat well.

Smooth into a greased 9x13" pan and bake at 400ºC for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.

In the meantime, mix together the pudding and the milk until smooth. Mix the cream cheese into the pudding until smooth. Spread mixture onto the cake.

Spread whipped cream on top of the pudding mixture, then break up Skor bars and sprinkle on top.

Finally, drizzle the butterscotch on top of everything.
