Another yummy recipe!

 1 lb round stake, cubed, or hamburger
 2 tbsp oil
 ½ onion, chopped
 1 can mushrooms
 1 clove garlic, chopped
 1 can tomato soup
 1 tbsp Lea & Perrins (worcestershire)
 6 drops Tabasco
 ½ tsp pepper
 1 cup sour cream
 cooked noodles

Flour meat and brown in oil. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms and brown. Add soup and seasonings, cover and cook slowly in 325º oven for 4 hours (or 1 hour if using hamburger). If mixture sticks to pan, add 1/2 cup water.

When done, add sour cream and serve on cooked noodles.
