This marinade/dressing is delicious on a Thai-style salad with steak or chicken slices, mango slices, chinese noodles or whatever you like!
2 tbsp olive oil
lemon juice
0.25 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar or honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp frozen lime juice concentrate
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
23 cloves garlic, minced
34 green onions, sliced small
1 tsp cilantro or cilantro paste
1 tbsp lemongrass paste
0.50 cup browned cashews or almonds

brown the garlic and green onions and nuts in oil

mix together with the other ingredients
