1 cup coconut oil
1/3 banana
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp chia
4 tbsp hemp hearts
3 tsp nutra cleanse fibre
1 cup rice flour or other gf flour (or regular flour if not gluten free)
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey (melted to liquid)
1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
1/2 cup pecans/nut of choice – chopped
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp course salt
dried cranberries
pumpkin seeds
chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350º
Put everything in a bowl and mix until banana and coconut oil are mush :-). Sprinkle chia , hemp or fibre on top of uncooked cookies before going into oven.
Cook 16 minutes or until fully cooked (depending on size).
