Assorted Margaritas

We went to a Margarita tasting night at our friendly neighbourhood fancy liquor store, and they served many different types of tequila and these margaritas. Sadly I didn’t really get quantities, so experimentation is necessary to find a good balance.

1 oz Good Anejo Tequila

Salt

Premade bellini with Peach Schnapps

Mix with grapefruit tonic

2 shots pomegranate liquier

2 shots tequila

1 shot vodka

simple sugar syrup

2 cup water

2 cup sugar, bring to boil

strawbery, fresh mango

splash of lime

Blanco tequila

pinch salt (breaks down flavours)

fresh mint or mint syrup

sugar (mushed)

tequila (/4 blanco, 3/4 1800 coconut tequila)

salt

lime

Cointreau

Remposado tequila

Walter’s natural caesar mix (or clamato without the extra salt)

orange juice

Siracha sauce

Worcestershire sauce
