1 Jar marshmallow cream
Bailey’s or Kailua – to taste
1 Pkg cream cheese
8 oz Cream cheese
2 tbsp Sugar or honey
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Grated lemon rind
1/2 cup Whipping cream

Beat together until smooth
DIP 2
Beat cream cheese with sugar, lemon juic and rind until smooth and light. Whip cream and fold in. Makes about 2 cups.
