Dad’s Greek Baby Back Ribs

Simple greek-flavoured ribs, slow-cooked. Start this recipe the day before you plan to eat it. Great with roasted veggies.

Use baby back ribs – coat with olive oil and greek seasoning, put in a bag in the fridge the day before.
Around noon or 1 pm, stand the ribs up in the pan (a turkey roaster works well) and cook at 200º for about 5 hours, then finish on the bbq.
