Grandma’s marshmallow jellied salad

2 eggs

4 tbsp sugar

4 tbsp vinegar

2 tbsp butter, melted

1/2 pt whipped cream

1 14 oz can fruit cocktail, drained

1 14 oz can crushed pineapple

2 cup miniature marshmallows

  • Directions

Beat eggs, add sugar and vinegar and boil until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Add melted butter. When cooled, fold in whipped cream, fruit and marshmallows.
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
