Grandma used to make these with pork cutlets, but the sauce itself is usable for many things.
- Ingredients
1 tsp ginger
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
pinch vinegar
meat of your choice – pork cutlets or chicken
(this uses a shortcode which is kind of invisible in the divi view, don’t delete)
- Directions
Mix together and layer with meat in a flat baking dish. Pour remaining marinade over and put in fridge 5-6 hours – overnight is preferable .
To cook, place in broiler on second highest shelf and broil 3-5 minutes depending on thickness (check time based on meat you are using – this time is for pork cutlets).
Brush with marinade once or twice while cooking.
