1 1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 cup Butter (melted)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
2 cup Medium Grind Coconut
11 oz Sweet Condensed Milk
2 cup Icing Sugar
4 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Maraschino Cherry Juice

BOTTOM LAYER
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Press into 9×9″ pan with greased sides.
Bake on 350 degrees in oven for 20 minutes.
SECOND LAYER
Combine coconut with condensed milk.
Spread over bottom layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until slightly brown.
Allow to cool.
Frost with icing.
ICING
Beat all together, add a bit more juice (if needed to make icing soft enough to spread).
Spread over cooled bars.
Cover tightly and store at least a day to soften.
Can be used same day as baked, but is more difficult to cut.
*No cherry juice – Use water with a bit of red food colouring with 1/4 tsp cherry or almond flavouring.
